Tac Transition

Some PMC operator found on th cover of last month's issue o th jap mag: Elite Forces...cant understand a single word o Jap babble in there...:] anyways, for those o u out there, PMC = Private Mil Company i.e. Merceneries or such in layman terms... Transition being switching from one arm to th other, minly from th primary to th secondary in case of stoppages or malfunction.
